Dr. Matthew Ruyle is a radiologist and interventional pain management physician at Advanced Injury Care. As a radiologist and interventional pain management physician, Dr. Ruyle has over 13 years of experience in diagnosis and treatment of spine and musculoskeletal disorders. This type of pain and disability frequently originates with an injury, such as motor vehicle accident, work-related injury, fall, or other injury resulting in pain and dysfunction.
He also specializes in interpreting medical imaging examinations on patients that were initially evaluated by our lead medical physician, Steven Stahle MD, or on referral from another physician. These imaging procedures include MRI, CT, x-ray, fluoroscopic evaluation, ultrasound, and special medical imaging procedures such as arthrography and myelography.
Dr. Ruyle also provides interventional pain management procedures. These pain management procedures include first line procedures such as epidural steroid injections, facet joint injections, nerve root blocks, peripheral joint injections, progressing to more major procedures such as facet rhizotomy, kyphoplasty for vertebral compression fractures, and spinal cord stimulator placement.
