George A. Paletta, JR. Sports Medicine - MD, MBA

George A. Paletta Jr. is a Board Certified Orthopedic Surgeon specializing in Sports Medicine, shoulder and elbow surgery, and knee arthroscopy. George is the present Head Team Orthopedic Surgeon for the St. Louis Cardinals. Previously, he was the Medical Director/Head Team Physician for the St. Louis Cardinals from 1998 to 2014 and also worked with the St. Louis Rams from 1998 to 2003.
 
George completed his undergrad at The College of Holy Cross and attended John Hopkins University of School of Medicine.
